Example: I was asked if I wanted my rental car washed, but I didn't feel that I needed that, so I said "no, thank you". A short time after the staff member was busy washing my car, and of course I paid him a few Kwacha. The morning I was about to leave, he again was washing my car (which didn't look dirty at all). 'It’s unique design, comfort, and cleanliness '

'Een nieuw hotel vlakbij een groot winkelcentrum op loopafstand. Het personeel moet nog wel het e.e.a. leren maar zijn zeer vriendelijk. Ik had een kamer op de begane grond. Ruim en comfortabel met een goede badkamer. Ik kom hier zeker terug. '

'Great and helpful staff in both locatons of Natwange. For a backpacker place we found it a bit expensive. We had the chance to sleep in two different bedrooms, and one of them had a good comfy bed whereas the other felt like it would break if we move. Not sure about the difference between the two locations. It would make the place also better with refurbished common bathrooms which need a makeover. Hotel transfer from airport was useful but also bit expensive for 25$. We ordered food once...

'it is well located and very accessible. It is a very quiet place conducive for study and prayer. I liked the hospitality team as well even the services were amazing. The water was good and available all the time. All in all, it is very good place and a place to be for any activity.'

'Ruime kamers, rustige omgeving. Bestel geen eten in het hotel maar ga voor de helft van de prijs eten bij het restaurant bij het zwembad. Het eten is best oké. Personeel is net als overal in Zambia: lui. Transfer naar vliegveld duurt 30min en kost 30 US.'
