• This is a quiet neighborhood where normal residential sounds such as pets, vehicles, or nearby activity may occasionally be heard.



• Security Cameras: Exterior security cameras are in place for guest and property safety. There are no cameras inside the home.



• Early Check-in / Late Check-out: Early check-in and late check-out may be available when scheduling allows but must be requested and approved in advance. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in additional fees.



• Utility Outages: While rare, local utility interruptions (Wi-Fi, power, or water) can occasionally occur and are outside of host control. We will always do our best to assist and communicate updates should any issues arise.



• Listing Accuracy: We continually maintain and update the home for guest comfort. While photos accurately represent the space, minor decor or furniture variations may occur.
