'I am from Singapore and I am very happy with the choice I have made to choose Holiday Inn Suites Vientiane by IHG. The hotel is perfectly nice and it looks new. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. In the early morning, if you are facing the right direction , you may be able to watch the sunrise from your room at around 6 am! And that's a bonus! The staff is friendly and helpful especially a lady by the name of Ms. In. She had help me a lot during my stay here by arranging the transfer...

'Great hotel, comfortable and friendly staff. Breakfast was included and you choose the day before. Location was central in Vientiane. To the left was the Hard Rock Cafe to the right a restaurant bar called Kip Chai Deu, that was great and had live music, jazz style. Prices were good. The only issues are, we had 2 rooms and 1 didn’t have a security box. Not for people with poor mobility as there are no lifts and a flight of stairs to get to reception.'

'The hotel welcomed us like coming back to my home. Staff was staying at each corner, so it was very easy to ask any requests to the staff whenever I want. The ambience is like 1930’s, which takes me back to the good old time, and it matches to the Laos’s calm & slow atmosphere.
