'Mixed Experience – Beautiful Place, Disappointing Service We've stayed at Ibis Styles before and sadly faced the same issues again. While the rooms and environment are beautiful and inviting, the guest service falls short. Both times, we were wrongly asked to pay for "early check-in" despite our booking clearly stating check-in was at 10 AM. 'Great place'

'Great hotel. The gym was good, but they opened up later than scheduled. Their restaurant was good and there are other restaurants across the street. The rooms were excellent. Safe area. 'A very quiet, discrete, guest house a stone's-throw from the Westlands roundabout. In need of maintenance/ refurbishment (+ writing desks in the rooms) but price, convenience and peace trump the negatives.'

'It's a very beautiful place in the nice Westlands area of Nairobi. Short cab ride to malls and eating places, etc .'
