Kim provided a clean and welcoming stay for me and my partner. It was super easy to communicate and she had a lot prepared for people visiting Outer Banks. Everything she put into the Bungalow was thoughtful for guests. Extremely clean and a convenient area around activities. Would totally recommend the stay!

Our stay at the Bungalow was nothing short of amazing! Located next to the sound in a quiet neighborhood about 3 minutes from the main strip, it provided not only comfort and peace but also great convenience when we wanted to go do things in Nags head. Our host Kim was absolutely great, providing almost every amenity you need for vacation such as menus to restaurants, things to do in OBX, coolers, bikes, boogie boards, a hammock, a bonfire pit with a great sunset view and even two sweet cats who roam the yard in the afternoon! We would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a great vacation. Thanks Kim!

This cute bungalow had everything that my husband and I needed for a long weekend holiday. It was perfect! I will also say that Kim the host thought of everything detail. From a beach bag, bikes, bike locks, and even beach towels! It has everything you need. Kim was the best host as well! She provided us with details concerning where to watch the 4th of July fireworks to dinner recommendations. Lastly, upon leaving she even gifted us a jar of her homemade Fig Jam which was delicious! My husband and I are definitely coming back next year!

Amazing place!!

The Bungalow is an awesome place to stay! This was our first visit to the Outer Banks and we hope to come back again. The host was absolutely wonderful and gave us so much info and advice and that really helped make our vacation perfect.

Perfect Cozy Getaway in Nags Head

We had a great stay at the Bungalow in Nags Head! The space is a charming, studio-style room with a comfortable living area, bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchenette—perfect for making simple meals like breakfast or lunch.The backyard was a highlight, with a beautiful view of the sound and stunning sunsets every evening. There's also convenient access to a small beach on the sound side, just a short walk away.The host was welcoming and attentive, and the property itself was peaceful and well cared for. Fantastic Stay at The Bungalow!!!

My wife and I planned an anniversary getaway to the Outer Banks area and stayed at The Bungalow in Nags Head.We had a fantastic stay at The Bungalow! Kim was a wonderful host—warm, welcoming, and easy to talk to! She was very responsive to all of our communications before and during our stay. She also offered some great local tips on restaurants and places to visit, which really helped us make the most of our time.The Bungalow itself was spotless, very comfortable, thoughtfully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed. It was perfect for a couple and clearly designed with care and attention to detail. The location was ideal—just a few blocks off the main road, so it was peaceful and quiet, with a beautiful backyard view of the sound and amazing sunsets. It was centrally located, making it a great home base for exploring the Outer Banks, with just a short walk to the beach.We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely try to book The Bungalow again on our next trip!

Ideal Getaway

My husband and I wanted a cozy studio type accommodation in Nags Head to celebrate our anniversary. An ideal vacation for us is to get out and about. The Bungalow's central location allowed us to take full advantage of so many places that the Outer Banks has to offer. Kim was most helpful with recommendations which did not disappoint- -from restaurants to the best sunset viewing places. Even walking the beautiful grounds around The Bungalow was a treat. The decor, amenities, and most of all, cleanliness all add up to a 5++ star rating.

We had a weekend away in the OBX. The place we clean, well stocked, and lots of great info on TV AC/Heat, and what to do in the are. Kim, the host was friendly and very helpful when we had to cut our trip short. We would stay again and recommend to everyone!

Absolutely Perfect Bungalow

We totally enjoyed our stay in this charming bungalow! Kim was a pleasure to meet and she has created such an amazing place to stay at Nags Head. Wonderfully wonderful

The hostess was extreamilty nice and helpful in assisting with anything needed. The cottage is fully equipped with everything one needs to enjoy your trip. Just in case you forgot something i’m sure it’s available in the cottage. It’s very close to everything being dead center to all.

Phenomenal Couple Vacation Spot

Our stay at the Bungalow was absolutely wonderful. Kim is both a wonderful guest and person. The Bungalow was extremely clean and had everything you could need for a wonderful vacation in the Outer Banks. She provided towels, beach bikes, sun block, coolers and much more to make the trip as enjoyable as possible. This was my first vacation with my girlfriend and we felt right at home while staying in the Bungalow. We can't wait to visit again!

Stay was great. Owner has a cat so make sure you latch the gate. Friendly owner gave us a ride to restaurant one nighf.
