Sugaree was a great relaxing few days for our family! We enjoyed many walks along the beach just stepa from Sugaree! The house had all the things you could every want! I especially enjoyed the full size washer and dryer!

Tyler was an excellent host. Quick to answer and checked in to make sure all was well. The house was in a great location and the view from the upper deck is amazing both for sunrise and sunset. The beach is also great for shelling. All in all it was a great experience!

I enjoy going to the Outer Banks off season when it's a bit cooler and there are a lot less people. We wanted to be able to have a house close to the beach that also provided some privacy and we wanted a hot tub. In addition, we require a full kitchen because my son has allergies so we can't go to restaurants. I have to cook all of our meals.This was a lovely home. We were able to spend some wonderful time as a family. We were close enough to some of the attractions to be able to go to the aquarium, jockey's ridge, and the wright brothers. There are so several yarn stores in the area which is nice for my daughter and I. The kitchen is well stocked. It had enough pots and pans, cookie sheets and other items so we were able to make our desired meals. All in all we had a delightful time and are even looking at staying here again next year.

First time at the beach with our girls. House had plenty of room.for the 5 of us, nice view of sunrise over the ocean and sunset aboe the sound from the upper deck. The girls made quick friends with the dolls and stuffed animals in the house. We were on the beach in 2 minutes from the front door, within walking distance down the beach to the fishing pier and short drive to all amenities, but able to stay secluded out of the traffic.

Great place to stay! The house was clean and comfortable. The outside shower was nice for cleaning off sand after being at the beach. The owner responded quickly with any questions we had and was very nice. Just a few houses from the beach. The short walk was nice and easy to take chairs and toys to the beach. We had 6 adults and 2 children for our stay and we fit comfortably! The kitchen was well stocked. Great views of the ocean from the upper deck! The beach was a minute walk from the cottage. My family and I had the best week staying at Sugaree! The property was situated right near the beach, which was great for us since we have small children and needed to run back and forth at times. Very nice clean rental, neighbors all very nice as well. Within short driving distance of hustle and bustle of all kinds of fun activities but far enough away for the relaxing quiet. Great Getaway for a girls “weekend”-5days

My 2 best girlfriends and I haven’t had a chance to get together in 3 years. Finding the time, a great location and careers are challenging to work around. All of us have fond memories of our parents taking us as young children to this area for beach trips. We loved talking about our unique adventures as children, before we met in Jr Highschool. Now we have amazing new memories of our time together. This property is beautifully located away from the busy commercial areas of OBX but close enough to access them by car or bike ride. The house is very close to the beach and there is a public access staircase over the sand dune for easy access. I would LOVE to stay here again in the future and bring my family to hang out with their ‘Aunts’.
