Dining table and shuffleboard table are resurfaced. 6 bedrooms have all new furniture, and New Top Level SW King Bedroom Mattress. All updates will be complete by mid-February. ​​Watch the sunrise and enjoy ocean views throughout the day from this beautifully decorated, well-appointed Outer Banks vacation home that's over 5000 square feet with large bedrooms and bathrooms and plenty of room to spread out. Fabulous fully equipped kitchen with 2 dishwashers, granite counters, and subzero refrigerator.

Spend the day in the private pool or enjoy the ocean with an easy walk using the private walkway. Don't want to fight traffic? Spend the evening by watching a movie in the theatre room or shooting a game of pool in the rec room. Situated in a quiet area of Nags Head with a private beach access, with only one row of houses on each side of the road, but very close within five minutes to restaurants, shopping, etc.

This house has something for everyone! Each bedroom sports television. House is equipped with a high chair, port-a-crib, and baby gate. The private pool can be heated for an additional fee of $500.

Great property needs some updating.

The property was great but dated and needs some work. The third floor deck railing wasn’t to code and loose . When we called to report they condemned it and said it wasn’t to code so we couldn’t use it. The main reason I booked that property was because of the third deck view , so this was very disappointing. The pool area was so over run with sand it was hard to use the pool. The property on either side had beautiful clean pool areas so this has nothing to do with recent weather. It’s a great property but it just needs updated , fixed up and repaired a little and taken care of. Many of the light bulbs were out , the stove had a knob missing.

Not a Great Value for the Money

The location of the property was fantastic, as was the actual layout of the house and the outstanding view of the beach. The third floor deck was a great place to relax and watch the dolphins. Upon our arrival the property we noticed the weeds in front of the house were so high that we could not see the sign indicating that we had arrived at our property. When we entered the house, it was not cleaned well. The furniture was dirty and run down. There was significant buildup of sand in the pool due to the over running of sand from the sand dunes into the pool area. The pool area shower was inoperable and the hose off the deck was extremely difficult to turn off. One of the clothes dryers did not function properly. Finally, there was incomplete repair of the first floor sliding glass door. The property manager was as responsive as possible. They sent someone to clean the pool and remove the built up sand from the pool area. As we looked at other properties that seemed similar in size and amenities (private pool, hot tub beachfront location), all of them looked as though they were better kept. It would seem that houses in this rental price range would be kept in better repair. This would not deter us from coming back to the Outer Banks. It was wonderful! That said we would not rent this property again. My

Could have been perfect

So the property is in a perfect location. The property had all the amenities we looked for including a movie theater pool hot tub and very close access to the ocean. Unfortunately the pool was full of sand and did not get cleaned until 2 days before we left. The movie theater had no sound and was not fixed until the day before we left. Copy that manages the property resorts realty wasn't communication with me but made promises they didn't keep. The hotel also did not have chlorine in it and one of our female guests developed a urinary tract infection as a result. The property itself if it was totally functioning is beautiful. Unfortunately resorts reality let us down. If they can figure out how to be a better company and take care of this property along with the owner if there is one it could be a perfect stay for a family to make memories

Awesome house.

Perfect location for a family vacation. Loved South Nags Head. House was oceanfront with a heated pool, ideal with small children. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Highly recommend
