Sand Dollar has 4 bedrooms, two and half bathrooms and enough sleeping arrangements for up to 12 guests to spread out comfortably throughout an impressive 1,500 square feet of living space. There is a roll away bed that you can use if you have 13 guests.

We just added an outside ping pong table!

Sand Dollar is our most affordable. This makes it an ideal accommodation choice for a family or a group of close friends looking for the ultimate beach experience that won't break the bank!

As you ascend to the top level, you will be pleased to find an open floor plan with SMART TV with DVD player and free WiFi.
(There are also SMART TVs in the bedrooms.)
The family room features Leather Reclining Chairs as well as Couch & Loveseat.

Just added... the Coolest Coffee Table! It has Foosball built into it!

A fully equipped kitchen make dinner time no problem. with Two (2) refrigerators, a Crockpot, Blender, Mixer, & Seafood Steamer pot, is all you need to keep your hungry family happy.
Your dining table seats eight plus there are 4 stools for bar fare.

This home features 3 relaxing decks, all of which include comfortable outdoor furniture.
-The Upper Front Deck is large and offers views of the ocean.
-The Upper Back Deck overlooks the pool and the Hatteras National Seashore Sanctuary.
-If you are lucky enough to be staying in one of the two bedrooms on the front of the house, you can enjoy the evening breeze on your own private deck.

Enjoy relaxing around your private swimming pool. (open from March 25 to October 31 )

You will have peace of mind knowing that your pet is safe in the large fenced area. It is even covered to protect from sun and rain!

Outdoor meals can be quickly prepared on the Charcoal Smoker combination Grill.

For your convenience, there is a picnic table and an outside shower that is fully enclosed and equipped with hot & cold water.

Where is the beach? Just cross the beach road. Our PRIVATE BOARDWALK guarantees you a place in the sand with no one are sitting on top of you.

3. College students and anyone 27 or younger considered on a "case by case' basis and will include additional student rate and security deposit. If you are under the age of 27, you must submit an inquiry first. You are not allowed to "Instant Book".

1. Evacuation Fee (5% of your total) will refund any days missed because of evacuation.
2. Beach Chairs(sitting) & Umbrellas rental.
