The large, spacious greatroom is perfect for gatherings, and the wide decking is perfect for outside lounging. This Outer Banks Rental Home also offers convenient amenities like a washer and dryer, recently remodeled kitchen, WiFi, and more!

Being located in South Nags Head, this home is a very short walk to the ocean, where the South Nags Head beaches are relatively more private than the main areas of Nags Head and KDH, so finding your perfect beach spot will never be a problem! This rental home is also minutes away from sites like the Bodie Island Lighthouse, Oregon Inlet, and 4x4 beaches, while the main part of Nags Head is only a short drive away, offering a wide variety of restaurants, golf (including miniature golf), an outlet mall, and more!

352, Kutz Cottage, is also a Nags Head Pet Friendly Rental, and for a nominal fee, you can bring your "extended" family to relax here on the Outer Banks!

It was ok

The realty company was very welcoming and on point. However there were issues with the property. First, the back door to the bedroom would not lock or shut. Cove temporarily fixed it but not completely. The dining light was missing upon arrival. The door to child’s room was janky and didn’t shut correctly. The coffee maker did not work. The AC would not cool less than 75 degrees. Just an overall mess of a place. It was clean and was just ok. For the price I expect way better. Oh and watch oven it runs hotter than temp. Overall, I do not recommend this place. Of all the places I have stayed this is the first one I do not recommend. Not Cove’s fault though. They did their best.

Could have been much better

Starting with an hour wait at 10pm in the parking lot of Cove for someone to come back to the office because they ‘forgot’ to leave our keys was not a great start. Cleaning service clearly did just the basics. Kitchen/bathroom. The sand in the blankets, moldy shower curtain, cockroaches, stained carpets, filthy window sills, door, disgusting pots and pans along with a rusty, barely working coffee pot and clogged shower drains were proof that only the bare minimum was done on a regular basis. Much of which was responded to promptly after calls to Cove. The neighborhood and location were wonderful.

Nice place, not quite as much room as advertised.

Very cute house, great location, but the double bed room…it would be hard to fit two people in there, it’s a very small room. With that said, it was just me in there so it was ok, but I don’t think you can comfortably fit 8 people in that house. It was a wonderful time, and a great house, though there were palmetto bugs (large cockroaches). Had a wonderful time though!

Great Thanksgiving Stay

House was as-advertised and perfect for family of five. Only issue was with rental company who did not provide operable grill until 1/2 way through our stay. Nevertheless, house was great and we’d stay again.

Beautiful in October

The location of the home is great. The Bodie Island Light Station is only a couple minutes away. Great shopping is close by, and only a two minute walk to the beach. The house is cozy, maybe a little bit of updating inside, the pictures on VRBO are a tad misleading. Otherwise, it was great for what our family needed. I give it a 4 out of 5.

Great relaxing week

Had a relaxing time in the cottage. Master bed and bath were great! Had one issue that came up and they came out really fast to fix it that day. Very clean upon arrival.

Everything was fantastic

The house was perfect for me and my wife, and our dogs. Yard was perfect for our dogs. Off shore fishing trip was fantastic. We were able to see our very good friend who lives in Manteo. Could not ask for a better experience.
