'Overall the hotel was good. Just disappointed with their spa massage. Me & my husband had a 2 hrs spa treatment that includes leg bath( just washing your feet - less than 2mins). 30 mins body scrub ( we only have less than 15 mins) And is very unprofessional & messy. 90 mins aromatherapy massage with hot oil. But the oil wasn't hot/warm. Diffenitely less than 60mins. Me & my hubby feels they just rush to finish. At the end we realised is exactly 2 hrs. But the conclusion is the 2 hrs it...

We also requested the complimentary shuttle to the ferry terminal two days before departure, and the front desk acknowledged it. However, on the morning of departure, we discovered that no booking had actually been made. We also found out that the shuttle only goes to Harbour Bay Ferry...
