'We spent 9 days at Ta Rena, such a beautiful property in a wonderful location. The peace and quiet was just what we needed. Close to Ramla beach and Victoria Ta Rena is on good bus roots to the rest of Gozo and Bolt is super efficient to get to other places too.Ta Rena is really well appointed, very spacious and so good to have our own pool, our son used it everyday. 'Gozo is a lovely family friendly Island. We stayed at this property just on the coastal edge of Nadur. It was very hot but the accommodation had air conditioning which was great. The location is a short walk down a very steep rd to San Blas beach which is a lovely secluded small beach which has its own cafe that serves drinks, food ice pops. The water is beautiful clear. 'It was beautiful, spacious, old style villa. Far by foot from the center but it wasn’t a problem (taxi’s are cheap and friendly) One thing that bothered me: they said that there is AC, but didn’t mention that you have to pay extra for the AC. Every night or day you have to insert 1 / 2 € coins in a machine to activate the AC. 2 € lasts the entire night is you hold the AC on minimum. There are 5 AC units… so if you want to use them all.. it’s 10€/night. It’s worth staying in the house. =>...
