'Heel gezellig hotel met een warm en persoonlijk onthaal. Je voelt je meteen welkom bij de familie die dit hotel runt. Het ligt ook op wandelafstand van bezienswaardigheden en restaurants, al ligt het wel aan een relatief drukke weg en loopt achter het domein een spoorweg (waar niet zo veel treinen langs komen trouwens). 'I stayed in The Cove cottage which is small but ideal for a single guest. However, if the guest has mobility issues, there are a few challenges. The walk from the parking area is up hill with no railings, and there are also no handrails to get up the steps to the cottage door. The cottage has two metal bucket chairs, but no table where you can sit and eat if you wish to stay in. The toilet is fairly low to the floor with no grab bars to help you up, and the shower has no grab bars to help...

'If you're looking for a nice vacation or get away, avoid at all costs. This place is a dump and is no better than a truck stop motel. I don't know if the pictures are old or AI but it looks drastically nicer online. Aside from the dirty bathroom and overall run down look of the hotel, the entire place reeks of weed and cigarettes. The staff was friendly enough and the location was central to everything, but the hotel itself was just gross. '

'When you walk in it stinks , pool wasn’t heated and they had no breakfast on site . Wanted a refund and staff refused. I got no accommodations or discount from property and after i give up with the pool staff than came to turn on heat too pool . I was very upset kids was cold I had to find other things out side of the property to entertain my kids .'

'You get what you pay for. This motel was the cheapest in the area for the weekend we needed. It was clean, mostly quiet and very convenient in location. However, if you need an actual kitchen, this was not it. There was a second sink but nothing else to allow cooking or any food prep.'

'We registered a room for 4 people. When we walked in. There was 2 towels and one roll of toilet paper. As for staff, the only staff we saw was when we checked in and checked out. There was stuff under the bed from the previous people and on the top shelf in the closet, we actually arrived a couple hours after check in time and the previous person was just getting the rest of their stuff out of our room. 'The first unacceptable problem was that the property is NOT HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBLE!! The second issue was that the property listed many amenities on Expedia that DID NOT EXIST!! I specifically booked our stay for The Arcade,Gift Shop, vending machines,and expected the breakfast buffet to be like the pictures that were posted!! Not even close!! My advice from this experience is to call the property first before you book it!! Especially if you have children!!!'
