'We had requested a handicap walk in shower and a room close to the elevators. We were unable to get either one and our room was so far from the elevators. We were told at the time they don’t assign rooms until check in. Even though we were there early, we couldn’t get what we needed. The worst was when they sent up a chair for the shower it took up the whole bathtub, needless to say my husband couldn’t shower during our time there. We were absolutely disappointed and would never book there...

'Heel gezellig hotel met een warm en persoonlijk onthaal. Je voelt je meteen welkom bij de familie die dit hotel runt. Het ligt ook op wandelafstand van bezienswaardigheden en restaurants, al ligt het wel aan een relatief drukke weg en loopt achter het domein een spoorweg (waar niet zo veel treinen langs komen trouwens). 'Horrible service. Room wasn’t cleaned. Asked 6 times throughout the day. They even sent a cleaning crew up who came to the door and told us they were cleaning our room next. We waited in the lobby and killed a chunk of the afternoon. It was raining so we were just trying to relax. Got back to the room and it was still not cleaned. The a man came by before we went to dinner to clean it. All he did was put sheets on the bed. They told us since we booked through Expedia that they cannot refund me...

'The checkin staff and later that evening were a 5. Checkout we were not happy with. My daughter got sick and we asked for 12 checkout for her room only. We didn’t say she was sick. She said 11:30. She didn’t tell anyone as housekeeping came to room at 11:20. We called and again asked for time - she said she can have a “few minutes”. We don’t stay at Quality Inns but travel a lot and have never been told no to a later check if needed it. BTW the parking lot was pretty empty so I don’t think they...

'Everything was beautifully designed, calm, and relaxing, with friendly staff (and other guests). Breakfast was simple but very good. Room was a little on the small side, but not a big deal. 5 stars!'

'I stayed in The Cove cottage which is small but ideal for a single guest. However, if the guest has mobility issues, there are a few challenges. The walk from the parking area is up hill with no railings, and there are also no handrails to get up the steps to the cottage door. The cottage has two metal bucket chairs, but no table where you can sit and eat if you wish to stay in. The toilet is fairly low to the floor with no grab bars to help you up, and the shower has no grab bars to help...
