Best thing about this hotel is the view. The worst thing about the hotel is the beds and pillows. Hard thin mattress where you can feel the springs and flat thin pillows. I ended up buying pillows just so I could have a somewhat decent night's sleep. The pictures of the rooms that they advertise were perhaps what the room looked like when it was first remodeled/built. The carpets are dirty that I wouldn't suggest walking bare foot because my feet became black from me doing so. It was my kids forts time at the beach and I already booked for a few days and I didn't want to lose my money from their no refund policy that I just made do with what I had/got. It is indeed outdated and though house keeping does a good job they are in need of maintenance and updates from the elevator floors to the room flooring. I really hope the owner will put some money back in upgrades because with the location it could easily become a higher star hotel. I also would suggest viewing your room before buying, if your booking online I would suggest elsewhere if you can afford it. Fyi, I was on the 8th floor.
