Welcome to our newly renovated & beautifully decorated beach house, where, as new owners, we take great pride in providing a comfortable and relaxing environment, akin to your own home. We are conveniently situated just a minute's drive from the beach, accessible via our golf cart, within the gated community of Oceanside Village. Our home is located within an oceanfront golf cart community, boasting an array of additional amenities. Notably, our home received the distinction of Home and Yard of the Month in May 2024. New AC/heating unit installed 12/25. Your family will cherish the memories created here. Enjoy the outdoor pools, hot tubs kids splash pad & play area, or enjoying the newly built indoor pool & hot tub. Take a leisurely ride on our included golf cart, providing easy access to the beach area, complete with private parking for Oceanside Village owners and guests. Rest assured that our home is maintained, ensuring your comfort and cleanliness. A new heating and AC unit was installed in December 2025. We also provide five Roku/cable TVs for your entertainment. Our kitchen is fully equipped. All towels & linens are included, along with a washer/dryer. We've also included beach chairs & beach umbrella. You and your family can enjoy a night of grilling utilizing our gas grill. We have a covered outdoor patio with fenced in backyard to keep your pets & little ones in. Complete with outdoor furniture, an eating area, outside shower, and a Roku TV. Our beach house offers a wealth of amenities for your next beach vacation. ⛱️

We needed a place that was Pet-friendly, close to the University and near the beach! This place checked off all of those areas. It was perfect for our daughter to visit us with her dog. We drove the golf cart to the beach several times. The place was very clean. We loved having the enclosed backyard for the dog to move freely, while we enjoyed watching football games on the outdoor tv. While walking the dog around the complex each morning, residents were friendly and helpful, as I was concerned about a possible storm approaching. We would definitely stay at this place again in the future.

The house was in a great location! The community was nice, quiet, and very close to the beach. There is the outdoor pools and hot-tub that we enjoyed. The golf cart was a great addition to be able to explore the community and get to the beach. I would recommend just clearly showing/telling renters what key is for the cart as that took a few guesses! It also was slightly confusing with the process of getting the key-card to get back into the community, but once we figured it out it is a very easy process to obtain/use. The first night I arrived later then the office was open and I didn't know where to get it or that we needed the car tag to get it but security was able to explain this to us. The rooms were clean, each room had a TV which was awesome & the outside area is super cute and fun! Lyfts and Ubers are able to get into the community to bring us to Broadway and the Boardwalk which was great. The owner was also very responsive with any of our concerns.

This is a manufactured home within a large, densely populated community. The community offers a wide range of activites & a private beach area within walking distance. Owner allows a small dog which was a big plus. Property was clean. There were, however, a few issues: poor AC in back bedroom, poor water pressure in main shower & very dated (but functional) appliances in the kitchen. Outdoor shower was ok. Extremely limited counter space so a bit tricky for meal prep. The dishwaher broke (related to a burnt out wall socket) but owner did get an electrician out the same day (afternoon spent waiting for the electrician).

The neighborhood community was super cute and everyone was so friendly. It was quiet and peaceful. The golf cart was so fun to have and take out for rides and drive to the beach. The pool area was great and we loved going down to the hot tub at night. The house was clean and we loved the backyard area! So great to have it fully fenced for the dogs! Host was responsive if/when we had questions or anything. We loved it!

A Great Time in Paradise

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Another Day in Paradise. The outdoor living space is comfortable and the decorations are fun! The inside areas were comfortable, spacious and nicely decorated in line with the Paradise theme. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. I look forward to going back next year!

Wonder Beach Cottage

Would highly recommend this beautiful beach cottage. Clean and tidy when we arrived very spacious and loved the back patio area. Very close to the beach and enjoyed our stay . Hope to stay again next year. Great communication with owner he texted me every couple days to make sure our stay was going well.. Thanks again for a wonderful time.

Little Gem

My family and I had a wonderful time at this cute little home. And being able to bring our little dog was fantastic. The outdoor seating area was a personal favorite & where we spent most evenings. It was in a great location for everything we wanted to do and the bonus was being in a gated community. The owner, Randy, was amazing from the time we booked until the time we left at the end of our trip. We definitely hope to be able to return sometime and stay in this home again!

Perfect for family

Very cozy and plenty of space. Loved the outside patio area which we hung out every morning and night. Kitchen had everything needed for the week. Golf cart was so much fun but could use some new tires. Was struggling a little bit. Overall it was a fun and perfect week.

Prior to arrival we had good communication with the owner. Upon arrival the location, grounds and outside of of property were nice. Inside cleanliness was not up to par. Noticed many minor cleanliness issues which added up and there was a thick layer of dust on the ceiling fans which you will need to use. There was sign posted stating not to set the air condition below 73. This made for hot and uncomfortable sleeping conditions, especially in the back room. You are asked to do laundry and dishes before you leave which is fine, however there is no detergent provided for either. There is only one trash bag provided so bring more if you may need. None of these extra needed items were mentioned before the stay so it was frustrating to learn these things as the week went on. The owner does check in on the cameras while you are on property which felt a little uncomfortable. The outdoor shower on the patio and the golf cart were nice features and convenient. The roof of the golf cart holds water and will leak on you. Everyone in the community was friendly. The community pools and are nice. The area on the beach for the community gets really busy and you have to go out early to save a spot if you want a decent view. This is mostly due to the chairs and umbrellas they have set up to rent which you can not set up in front of. Overall a nice community and decent property.

We truly enjoyed our stay.. Randy was a great host who was always very prompt with responses and communication.. The home was very accurate to description and photos that are on VRBO. We found the home to be wonderfully decorated, spacious, clean, nicely stocked, and we instantly felt at home. Golf cart was definitely an added plus to an already perfect rental. If you get an opportunity make sure you take the golf cart and drive over to the conch cafe. There is a golf cart only parking lot and very close access to the beach. We were able to bring our little Doggy and the completely fenced in outdoor space was great, we felt so comfortable with our little dog running around not having to worry about her while we enjoyed the great outdoor space. A highly recommend this rental.
