*** All summer rentals from May 1st until August 31st MUST start or end on a Saturday. We CANNOT rent mid-week to mid-week or Sunday to Sunday as it throws off our calendar and cleaning schedule! The exception is if you want 5 days within that time frame e.g. "Monday - Friday". Thanks!

2025 UPDATE: Master bathroom remodeled with a walk-in shower w/a seat!

2024 UPDATE: Laundry Room Refinished. New Microwave.

2023 UPDATE: Patio furniture updated. Bedspreads replaced.

2022 UPDATE: Repainted and remodeled living room. New lighting installed.

2021 UPDATE: The master bedroom has been repainted. A new tv has been installed. The twin beds and mattresses in the 2nd bedroom have also been replaced.

2020 UPDATE: We now provide bed linens included in your booking price! When you arrive, the beds will be made and ready to go! We also replaced the master bedroom furniture and redid the 2nd bedroom. We also replaced the slider doors to the balcony as well!

2019 UPDATE: The guest bathroom was completely redone with a WALK-IN SHOWER. We did this to make it more convenient for our older guests.

2018 UPDATE: The master bathroom was redone in 2018. It looks awesome. We also have a huge new flat screen TV in the living room. An in-unit washer and dryer and free wifi are included for your convenience!

*** We want you to know that we have made a commitment to continually upgrade our condo so that it will always look clean
and "fresh" and never "dated."

Our condo is eclectically decorated and is our "home away from home." The condo features two bedrooms, two baths, and a pull out sleeper sofa and is not in a crowded resort or high rise! Most importantly, we are a "first row" condo! The beach is steps away...we are not "across the street" or "a few blocks over" or "a five minute walk." You won't have to drive anywhere! There is also LOTS of parking. We hear from other owners in other units that parking is a problem. Not our unit...we have 2 reserved spots per unit.

RENTING FROM US: We make the whole process stress free. You may book online and pay online. We send keys, wifi info and an info packet via FedEx to you 10 days before departure. Therefore there is NO waiting in line at a rental agency to check in or check out which eliminates stress and gives you and your family more time for the beach and pool!

ABOUT US: We are an Ohio family that has been visiting Surfside Beach since 1994. We are confident that you will not find a nicer beachfront condo in the Surfside Beach/Myrtle Beach-area. We provide personal service at prices that are excellent and oftentimes are lower than many of the local mass-market rental agencies. We encourage you to comparison shop!

ABOUT THE CONDO: Our condo is not "across the street," 'oceanview' or 'second row.' We are right on the Atlantic ocean! Watch the sunrise every morning! Watch dolphins from your deck! Please check out our videos on this site that show the awesome view!

We are also not in a "resort" or a crowded high-rise.

Our building is only three stories high with free, reserved parking. Our condo is also located on the second floor, which makes things very private, safe, easy and accessible. *** Note..there is no elevator which in 18 years of renting only one person has complained about!

LOCATION: Our family's condo is located in the town of Surfside, SC. Surfside is about 10 miles south of Myrtle Beach in a SAFE, beautiful, residential, family friendly area with no high rise hotels! We are in the Sea Cloisters I complex. This is a beach and golf lovers dream. Many of our guests golf in the morning then hit the beach in the afternoon. Perfect for family vacations as you will not find a nicer property in this price range and location. Minutes (walking distance) from dozens of restaurants, shopping, and attractions. BEACH: This property has been family owned for over 20 years. It has been excellently maintained (with extensive upgrades in the winter of 2009, the spring of 2016 and the winter of 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024). We are constantly reviewing our feedback and have recently added new bedding, televisions, etc. This condo has been our 'getaway' spot for our family to enjoy the white sands of the Atlantic Ocean, which is steps away. Our pool is also excellent and provides plenty of room for relaxation.

We cater to families and pride ourselves on excellent communication and customer service and a safe, nice, clean rental! Please view our 'testimonial' page as well!

Golf: There are literally dozens of premier golf courses within a short driving distance from the condo! Pack your clubs for a morning round of golf, with an afternoon on the beach followed by an 'all you can eat' seafood dinner at one of the many dining spots located minutes away!

Food: Everything from seafood to steak places to Japanese and 'sports bar' cuisine is minutes away. Lots of great food and drink specials at many of the local establishments. Restaurant row in Murrels Inlet is a 10 minute drive. We have tried all of the restaurants and can make recommendations! Just text us!
