My name is Tammy Sanderfer and I live in Lincoln Nebraska. I am the owner of Siesta Sands and its sister property Fiesta Sands (445861). Let me tell you a little bit about Siesta Sands wonderful features!

Siesta Sands is a recently constructed multi-level raised beach house decorated in a Southern beach style to appeal to the modern family or multiple family groups. With 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths, including 2 true king-bed master suites each with oversized jacuzzi tubs, large walk-in closets and private decks, this home is ideal for the large family or multi-family vacations. Upstairs, bedrooms 3 and 4 each have queen beds and bedroom 5 offers two double beds. Each bedroom has large closets, dressers and nightstands to keep you from having to live out of your suitcases. Each bedroom features a 32-inch flat screen television with cable and remote. The six large flat screen televisions offer multiple entertainment options throughout the house including cable with ESPN. DVD or blue ray players are available for use along with a library of popular movies. The Main level boasts wide open, light, airy spaces including a large, open-concept family room, dining area, kitchen and one of the master suites with its own private screened-in deck. This open and spacious floor plan easily accommodates up to 14 guests comfortably and the extra large carpeted family room is perfect for evening conversations and board or card games with the whole group. A private deck off the family room offers the opportunity to share a morning coffee or to relax while sipping on an after-dinner drink. The upstairs level, houses the second true master suite with a private deck, plus the other three bedrooms and a large laundry area. It is the perfect combination of modern convenience and restful vacation paradise, and of course your small furry pet family members are welcome as well.

*To accommodate even larger groups, Siesta Sands may be rented in conjunction with its mirror image beach-themed twin unit Fiesta Sands (see VRBO 445861) to sleep up to 28 total adults. EACH side has its own PRIVATE fenced back yard with a lighted PRIVATE pool to relax around, and EACH side has is own custom luxury outdoor kitchen/bar with granite countertops and Weber gas grill, facing the pool, as well as Trex outdoor bar seating and decorative landscape lighting. Rental of both sides would be perfect for a destination wedding or for large family or class reunions.

Siesta Sands is located a scant one block from the majestic Atlantic Ocean on a quaint, quiet street with easy access to the gorgeous, wide Garden City Beach sands. You are an easy and comfortable, level, 3-minute walk from the carport to the beach; close enough for convenience, but removed from the constant traffic and noise of Ocean Boulevard.

Spend your days lounging on the beach soaking up the sun, and remembering how good a relaxing vacation can be. Take a short walk to the classic Garden City Pier and spend some time in the nostalgic cafes, shops, arcade and watering holes that have been enjoyed for generations by Grand Strand vacationers. Return to your vacation paradise and have a nap by your private pool with areas perfect for either afternoon sun or relaxation in the shade. Have a picnic while the kids cool off in the pool. You may want to engage in one of our favorite evening activities of taking the whole family on a leisurely stroll to the Garden City Pier at dusk to enjoy the two live bands which play nightly during the summer, watching people fish off the pier and reveling in the joy of people of all ages dancing the night away. Otherwise, evenings offer virtually unlimited dining, entertainment and shopping options within minutes of home.
