The pool terrace at Thalassa Residence redefines summer living, offering an idyllic setting to savor breathtaking sunsets and indulge in ultimate relaxation. Centered around a stunning 42m² heated private overflow pool with saltwater system (depth 1.20–1.40m), this serene retreat is adorned with luxurious sun loungers, plush pool bean bags, and an inviting outdoor seating area. Unwind with a chilled drink, immerse yourself in a favorite book, or enjoy your playlist on the Bluetooth dock as you create lasting memories with friends and family. The expansive 610m² terrace also features a sophisticated 3x2m heated spa whirlpool, comfortably seating six guests. With 80 hydro-massage jets and RGB chromotherapy lighting, the spa offers a rejuvenating escape for both body and mind. Just beyond the whirlpool, a lush lawn area awaits, complete with a charming playground where children can play freely, while two bicycles invite you to explore the enchanting village of Panormos at your leisure. For culinary enthusiasts, the terrace is perfectly designed for al fresco dining. Prepare delicious meals using the gas BBQ with outdoor kitchen sink and pizza oven and enjoy them under the pergola at the elegant outdoor dining table. Please kindly note that the beach profile changes seasonally due to the change in wave energy experienced during summer and winter months.

Our inspirational villa features an eco-friendly Pool, where water disinfection is achieved through a salt electrolysis system offering a human-friendly swimming experience, with nearly zero chemical usage.

***Spa Whirlpool Heating Policy***
- The Spa Whirlpool temperature can reach up to 26°C degrees, depending on the outdoor temperature.
- Upon your arrival at the villa, your host will provide you with instructions on how to operate the whirlpool.

Outdoor Pool Heating Policy:
- Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26 °C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.
- Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November.
- Advance Notice | 2 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature.
- Additional Fees | 80 €/day
- Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.
- Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available

With inclusivity at its heart, the villa is meticulously crafted to ensure accessibility for all guests, including those with restricted mobility (wheelchair accessible from the Lower Level Garage to all floors through the elevator). The interior boasts a flat layout, complemented by a private elevator providing effortless access to all levels. The ground-floor living room & fully equipped kitchen opens directly onto the stunning pool terrace, inviting guests to transition seamlessly between the indoors and the sunlit outdoor spaces. The maximum capacity is 14 guests.
