Introducing the Elouera Villa I
Perched just a 5 minutes drive from Bali Village & featuring four bedrooms, a Living/Kitchen area, the villa can comfortably welcome up to 9 guests to cherish a multigenerational holiday break with loved ones. Relish lazy mornings entwined between the sheets, gather at the cozy sofa’s gazing out to the shimmering pool & fall asleep to the sound of the summer breeze. Set in Bali Village, this is the a holiday home for friends, families & loved ones with a difference. With home-from-home comforts, the villa combines elegance and unique touches to ensure a stay less ordinary in its four available bedrooms. The Villa offers sublime design, at its four bedrooms & bathrooms, an open plan living-cum area with a fully equipped kitchen. The outdoor settings are wonderful also, featuring a 60m2 Private Pool (non heated) with hydromassage features (4 seater - non heated), a children’ pool 10m2 & and a covered dining area, with BBQ (Gas) making this residence a one-of-a-kind for family gatherings.

External Living | Private Pool & Outdoor Settings
This residence lays in 250m2 outdoor area and is embellished with a 60m² private swimming pool (1,50 meters deep, non-heated), also boasting hydromassage features (4 seater), children’s pool (10m2 metres), sun-beds & umbrellas. Another spa whirlpool (heated, 3 seater) is located at the balcony for ultimate comfort. Grown-ups can lounge to their premium sun loungers before idling back for al fresco dining under sunset skies, on the outdoor dining area. One bedroom & Living area have access to the pool area. There is sufficient parking space for up to 3 cars outside of the residence premises. For our younger guests there are outdoor play items to enjoy & a ping pong table.

This villa boasts beautiful interiors, in its 150m² indoor space. Featuring four bedrooms, a Living-cum lounge area with a couch for one more guest to sleep & a fully equipped kitchen, this will be your family favourite holiday home. The villa can welcome 8 guests in real beds and one more guest is welcome to sleep at the couch in the living room. The maximum capacity of this villa is 9 guests.

Your Home Stay Includes
Welcome basket included, courtesy of the owner • Housekeeping service with fresh towels and linen changes every four days (included for stays of 6 nights and above) • Pool and garden maintenance twice per week • Baby cot, High chair &, Children’s plastic (non-breakable) plates and cups are available upon request.

There is secured parking space outside the Villa’s premises for up to three cars • The property is well-equipped with: Fridge with freezer, Electric stove with oven, Espresso Machine (original capsules), Filter coffee machine, Microwave, Kettle, Sandwich Maker, Toaster, Juice Maker, Food Processor (Multi), Washing & Drying Machine, Iron & Board, Hair dryer, First Aid Kit, Fire Extinguisher, Safety Box, Smoke Detector.
