Vakantie en citytrip naar Musso

Heniklökunta todella mukava ja ystävällinen. Hotelli siisti, ainoa miinus oli kylpyhuoneen suihkun viemäristä, huonosti vesi meni pois. Muuten kaikki hyvin.

Unique hotel which provides a special experience. Former parfum factory and this theme comes back in the room. Good restaurant but during an event the service level and food quality dropped far below par. Restaurant staff didn t do much about our complaint, but reception staff solved the issue and cancelled the bill. End good, all good.

Nice and clean hotel. Good price/quality. Unfortunately room was far too warm and no possibility to cool. Opening window gave a lot of street noise, also because of road construction

Vreselijke accommodatie Het is allemaal vervallen en smoezelig. Personeel ongeïnteresseerd

This is by far the best hotel I've ever been to in Milan! Super close to Duomo, safe neighbourhood and close to literally everything! Even though the hotel is situated in the city centre, it was so calm and peaceful. Breakfast was nice, and offered gluten alternatives. The room was very clean, and cleaned every single day, with new towels etc. The hotel bar was also excellent; we got a free drink every single night, on the house. Hotel staff at the reception was excellent! They were also very accommodating with our luggage, questions about the city, weather etc. Next time i'll be in Milan I won't look for a new place, Hotel Milano Castello it is!!!
