'It was a great hotel, except the rooms are very small, and one thing I didn't like was they charged $14. a day to park in their parking lot, I thought that was ridiculous. Other than that, it's a great very modern hotel.'

'Right in the heart of downtown Grand Junction within walking distance of plenty of bars and restaurants. Try Cruise Control a couple blocks from hotel for great beer, cocktails and food. Hotel Melrose has been beautifully restored— Lovely sitting area, backyard patio, and a great lounge. We will definitely stay again.'

'So apparently expedia doesn't let you specifically choose which tiny home your getting or you might even end up getting an Airstream instead. I booked 2 tiny homes and thought they would lofted ones like pictures show. Ended up getting not a loft one and also ended up not even getting a tiny home for the booking. Got an Airstream instead. In the tiny home too the counter aka tables had stools that almost touched the top of them so cant really sit under them. And my wife was also to work remote....

'Quite little apartment with enough room for two. Wish the curtains were blackout as the early morning sun was super bright. Otherwise it was a great spot close to the college. '

'The only drawback I noticed was the lack of actual curtains in the room. That east sun will wake you up fast, not allowing you to sleep in. And, the website still saus thete is a Keurig in the but they've stopped doing that. There os regular coffee in the breakfast area.'

'Tijdens onze roadtrip door Colorado in juni 2025 zijn we hier 1 nacht geweest en dat is redelijk bevallen. 6 jaar geleden waren we hier voor het eerst geweest (toen prima) en nu dus weer, maar de staat van de locatie is wel ERG achteruit gegaan in die 6 jaren. De kamers zijn mooi groot, maar de kamer was erg slecht schoongemaakt. De chips en m&m's van de vorige gasten lagen nog in de kamer. Pluspunt: de bedden zijn wel erg fijn. Ontbijt was ok, niet bijzonder. Het onderhoud van het pand is wel...

'Would not help me. Will not recommend'

'Checked in the first room. Took a nap and woke up to the TV pulling off the wall and falling on top of the dresser. Moved to second room and the A/C unit was making a loud clicking noise. Won't be able to sleep. Moved to third room and when I took a shower the next morning the shampoo, conditioner and body wash were all empty. Not a good experience.'

'Our room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was very accommodating of any requests we made. Breakfast was buffet style, although there was also a menu you could order off of. The buffet breakfast choices were simple but adequate.'

'Staff was great room was very clean. The beds were super comfortable overall great experience would definitely stay there again. The breakfast was also excellent!'
