Hôtel près de Museum of Norwich at the Bridewell (Norwich)

« Qualite du service Emplacement »

« There were a few little problems (tv, bad odour from sink) but the staff very helpful and friendly. Location is great! »

« Charming hotel but there was no heating in the bathroom which was very cold (10 C). You can feel the freezing cold through the windows and walls. »

« Proximity to the train station is quite nice and the staff were very friendly. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this hotel because the room itself was not well maintained. There was black mould growing in the shower because it wasn’t properly sealed. I also couldn’t find a pillow that was very comfortable. But the most frustrating part was there was an intermittent and very loud rumbling sound in my room that kept me awake almost the entire night. I turned off my AC but that didn’t stop it. The...

« The staff were very kind and helpful. Special (and heartfelt) thanks to Sabina! »

« Clean and tidy little hotel within very close walking distance to downtown Norwich. No frills or amenities, but worth the money. I would stay there again. »

« Hôtel tout à fait correct situé près de la gare, dans un quartier calme avec un bon pub et un bon café à proximité. J'ai pu visiter la ville à pied sans problème. Seul bémol : l'oreiller pas terrible, car tout plat. »

« Lavabo bouché. Matériel très vieillissant Petit déjeuner indigne. Personnel non préparé »

« The place was very accessibly to the city centre. The room was very clean, but some of the decor was a little tired. The bed was so comfortable. Lits of hot water for the shower. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Good value for money »

« The hotel is very worn in all areas - carpet dirty and coming up. Hallways are dark and dingy. The room was dirty with mold in the bathroom. No AC and the window only opened 1 inch so the room was incredibly hot despite 2 fans. The location is great but I would never stay here again. I left early to go to the Holiday Inn. »

« The staff were fabulous. Super helpful and kind. The room was clean, the bed comfortable. The included breakfast incredible! »

« Old fashioned property with heaps of charm. Big room and easy check in »

« Great service very helpful would recommend this to you would be happy to stay again thank you. »

« Clean room albeit old. Checkin was smooth and host was helpful. Minutes from the city centre »

« Avoid. Bed bug ridden, dirty, uncontactable managers. We ended up staying outside on the street overnight after we discovered the bugs and nowhere else was open to book. Horrific hotel. »

« Rooms are on 2 different levels so very quiet. We stayed in room 2 which was lovely, with tea & coffee etc and very welcome biscuits. No need to bring shower products as they are all provided. Breakfast was excellent with a choice of items (ordered the night before). The fruit salad was fab & I can highly recommend the omelette! My husband had the full English, which he really enjoyed. Offered more tea/coffee & toast. The hosts Jane & Mark were lovely and very helpful regarding the local area...
