Most business hotels around the downtown area are all variations on the same boring thing design, but ZaZa offers the usual amenities in a much more original way. Nicely furnished rooms (many of them themed) and movie memorabilia make the hotel my favourite place to stay in Dallas '

'The hotel and staff, especially Jheri, were absolutely brilliant. This was my first time staying in a boutique hotel and I must say, I don't believe I'll ever go back to the "mainstream" hotels. The atmosphere as well as the decorations were brilliant, right up my alley. And, they have free happy hour, which is quite the surprise. 'I had a great stay at the Aloft Downtown Dallas. The location is convenient, and the parking was easy to access, which made arrival and departure stress-free. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The only minor hiccup was the elevator, which had a few issues during my stay, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience. Other than that, everything was enjoyable, and I would definitely stay here again.'

'I have stayed here several times and I am almost never disappointed. The service at the hotel (on all levels) is excellent. Everyone goes out of their way to make sure that every need is met. Our room was very comfortable and the concierge was key to arranging for the hotel car to take us to dinner and get us back to the hotel.'
