'The hotel is very conveniently located in the city centre of Athens. The rooms are very nicely decorated and the hotel has a great ambiance. As there are only 8 rooms, the atmosphere is intimate. The staff was very helpful. I had a 7 hour delay flying to Athens and the reception coordinated very efficiently with the taxi for the airport pick-up. All in all I had a fantastic experience and this will be my hotel whenever I am in Athens.'

'We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean with ame space. Conveniently located and perfect for walking the city. Fantastic near by restaurants. My only suggestion is that since there is no housekeeping, provide extra towel. We did not have waahclothes or dish towels. Beach towels would be a plus. '

'A beautiful, thoughtful art boutique hotel experience. We loved finding all of the unique touches in our room. Loved the bathtub, rain shower, outdoor patio and rooftop breakfast. Or meals were filling and delicious. The team was excellent and on top of arranging transportation to the port and airport. We make it a point to stay in art hotels and Shila was top tier. '

'A perfect location! Across the street from several restaurants and a short walk to dozens more. We only wish we’d had more time to enjoy the spacious living room, but the city called! Plenty of hot water for showers, a comfortable bed, and excellent a/c plus soundproofing made for several great nights’ sleep. The desk staff were amazing and accommodating, and we would definitely book again. '

'The apartment was clean and comfortable. The view from the balcony was nice and you can look up to Lycabettus hill (which is a worthwhile visit for the view - take the funicular). The location is ideal and is a short walk to the city's main square or to the acropolis. I highly recommend it for the value.'
