'Perfect location and personalized service. Second time staying here with my family, and planning many more to come. Congrats to the great work Bastien does. Hospitality at its best! '

'I was in the basic apartment and it was small but flexible in how to set it up and comfortable enough. For a longer stay might get cramped. If you want to work I’d advise the 9th floor, which is absolutely lovely, as well how the interior is designed. I had no interaction with the staff but contrary to other Geneva self-service (apartment) hotels they were present and visible. If travelling for work: fairly easy to get to both city center and the UN organizations.'

'Excellent 5 star property and service. '

'Clean'

'Behulpzaam receptie personeel. Nette kamer met ruime douche. Tv met extra mogelijkheid tot casting van eigen smartphone die na enig beraad prima werkte. Uitstekende parkeeroptie. '

'Could not have been better!'

'Fantastische plek om een paar nachten te verblijven, de eigenaar zorgt voor alles, ontbijt op het achterdek en zwemmen in het meer. het is een echte belevenis.'

'Convenient location to the airport.'

'The staff is great! Rooms have character. No complaints.'

'Heel prettig hotel! Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt is inbegrepen en zeer uitgebreid. Gunstige ligging vlakbij het meer. Wij hadden een ruime nette kamer.'

'Excellent location, clean room and spacious.'

'Prima hotel voor een verblijf in Genève. Goed gelegen aan de tramhalte en op enkele minuten sta je in het centrum van de stad. Vriendelijk personeel, propere kamers, lekker ontbijt. Ook een pluspunt is de parking onder het hotel. Een aanrader. '

'The size of the room was very comfortable, the location perfect but the fact that there was no coffeemaker and no telephone in the room is really an omission. How to connect to the reception in case of an emergency? Please note that the reception is on the top floor, so all rooms are lower. Tea (no coffee: why?) needed to be prepared in a “kitchen” shared with the whole room. Corridors are quite dark (i can imagine that this could provide an uncomfortable feeling for especially women).'
