Wake up on Wilson Lake. This 3-bedroom, 3-bath waterfront home in Muscle Shoals has a wraparound deck over the water, a private hot tub, a fire pit and a covered patio with a charcoal grill. Bring your boat: you're welcome to tie off at our dock, about a 75-yard walk down from the house. Inside there's 2,132 sq ft plus a finished, climate-controlled basement, a fully stocked kitchen with a Keurig, an electric fireplace and Starlink Wi-Fi.

ON THE WATER

- Wilson Lake is about a one-minute walk from the house. The wraparound deck looks straight out over the water, sunrise to sunset.

- Private hot tub on the deck.

- Fire pit for evenings outside.

- Covered patio with a charcoal grill, outdoor furniture and outdoor dining.

- Boat dock: tie off your boat at the dock, about a 75-yard walk down from the house (there are stairs). The boat lift is not available for guest use.

- Fish right off the dock (Alabama fishing license required). Wilson Lake is known for its bass fishing, and Wheeler and Pickwick lakes are close by. Bring your own kayak or canoe if you like.

- 2,132 sq ft plus a finished, climate-controlled basement.

- 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, sleeps 6. Primary: king bed, lake view, smart TV, bathroom with his-and-her vanities. Bedroom 2: queen bed, patio access. Bedroom 3: queen bed, sitting area with fireplace, ensuite bathroom, patio access. Plus a full-size sofa bed.

- Fully stocked kitchen: dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, toaster, blender, Keurig coffee maker, dishes and cookware.

- Living room with electric fireplace and 50" smart TV with YouTube TV.

- Starlink Wi-Fi. Central heat and air, ceiling fans. Washer and dryer in the unit.

- Driveway parking for 4–5 vehicles, depending on size.

NEARBY

- The Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail and other courses are a short drive away.

- Downtown Muscle Shoals (cafes, shops, dining, music history) is about 20 minutes.

GOOD TO KNOW

- Check-in 4 PM, checkout 10 AM, self check-in with a keypad. Early check-in when available (ask; not guaranteed).

- The dock is about a 75-yard walk down from the house, with stairs to the backyard and down to the lake. Fish off the dock or tie off a boat with the mooring whips; the boat lift is not for guest use.

- Fishing from the dock requires a valid Alabama fishing license and is at guests' own risk.

- Starter toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags are provided. Please bring your own shampoo and soap.

- Lake living means bugs (spiders, mayflies, mosquitoes) on the decks and stairs in season. We have the house sprayed regularly.

- A new home is being built next door, so expect some construction noise at times.

- Neighbors' dogs sometimes wander over looking for attention.

- Exterior security cameras (front of the detached garage, front of the house, side porch, facing the lake, and at the boat dock) and a noise monitor are on the property.

- No pets, no parties or events, no smoking. Quiet hours 10 PM–6 AM. Maximum 6 guests.

- The entire home is yours. No one lives on site, but we respond quickly to messages.
