All of our needs were met except we didn’t have wash cloths. Called maintenance and they brought over another set. Still only 2 washcloths for 3 people. Everything else was great! Would stay here again!!

Although we only used one bedroom, the bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable and gave us a good night sleep! Furniture inside and balcony was so accommodating! The remodeled baths are gorgeous. Although we hardly ate in, there were plenty of dishes and cookware of it were needed. Ocean front condo with the ocean front bedroom was so welcoming!

Recent renovations are both beautiful and practical, opening up kitchen & living area, while adding kitchen storage. Bathrooms are well lit. Great balcony furniture for rocking while ocean watching. We will definitely stay here again. Only requests: blender and blow dryer would have been useful.

We enjoyed the condo and our stay, however I had to call a total of at least four times in the first couple of days because our door code would not work, so we were afraid to leave the room thinking we were going to get locked out.

I ate grouper almost every day. You just can't beat the seafood in Murrell's Inlet! And it is so close to this condo. The condo itself is just beautiful. The owners have made some very nice updates. This unit was very well maintained and clean. We have stayed at OOP for the past 30+ years & we will be back. I wouldn't hesitate to rent this condo again. Garden City realty made everything so easy, the reservation, check-in & check-out.

I love the new bathrooms such a great improvement. The property was clean, the staff very helpful, and overall just a great week. The one down side is the seating the accent chairs are the most uncomfortable chairs so no one wants to sit in those leaving limited seating in the living room. Nevertheless I would highly recommend this condo!

We were booked one week after Hurricane Ian left a mess in the streets and the staff stayed in touch letting us know exactly when our rental unit was ready for our arrival. The condo at One Ocean Place was perfect for our week oceanfront - clean, beautifully decorated, and comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. Easiest check-in and out we have experienced anywhere. Highly recommend Garden City Realty!

The only comfortable place to sit in the living room was the couch, the chairs that are there were extremely uncomfortable. They look good but they are not good to sit in. Recliners would be nice in that condo. Somewhere to sit comfortably.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: At this point - I feel more safe renting thru VRBO! Extremely unhappy - after renting thru GCR for 20-30 years, I would be hesitant to trust their business again.They kept us waiting well past 5:00 to get in - never texted it was ready. The place was disgusting. Had most certainly NOT been cleaned. The beds were made - but I feel sure they had NOT been changed from the previous renters. Found hairs on the sheets. I cleaned every surface in the kitchen because crumbs were all over. The kitchen rug was greasy & sticky - the pantry closet had a ripped grocery bag & dirt in the floor. the bathrooms were horrible. The main bathroom was a triangle tub from when the place was first built, tiles were dirty, tub was dirty, floor was sticky. Plumbing leaking. Could not even use that bathroom. The 2nd shower was too small to even turn around in. There were ants on one of the end tables - a dead roach at the sliding doors one morning. On Wednesday, there was an announcement that the bug men were coming - they never showed up at our unit. I feel sure you won’t post this review - I wouldn’t!!! But - PLEASE - have someone address these concerns - they are VALID!

Everything is in tip top shape, the furniture is fit for a king and a queen. Which makes it real nice when the weather doesn't cooperate. My wife and I spent many hours just sitting on the ottoman in front of the windows. I would recommend condo to everyone-Very well taken care of condo. Garden city realty are wonderful to deal with, our 4th adventure with them. If that tells you anything. (Jack)Marty & Sue from OHIO.

Beautifully and comfortably decorated and great location. Very clean. With conch cafe next door and Muriel's inlet just down the street. The wifi didn't work the first day but gardencity worked hard sending over maintenance and tech and then finally time warner. We would love to stay here again!
