Three TVs (40-inch TCL Smart HDTV with DVD/BluRay combo player in living area, 32-inch TCL HDTVs with Roku and DVD/BluRay combo players in bedrooms), high speed VPN approved Wi-Fi, integrated USB charging outlets (kitchen and bedroom clocks). Sleeping accommodations include one king and one queen-sized bed, plus a queen-sized sofa bed. Unit is equipped with beach chairs and an umbrella. Common area includes an elevator; swimming pool with deck and covered gazebo; outdoor shower (cold water only); two stationary charcoal grills and grilling area. Conveniently located close to some of the best area attractions, Garden City Beach is directly south of Surfside Beach and ends on a peninsula at the mouth of Murrells Inlet. One of the most renowned attractions in Garden City Beach is the Pier at Garden City. Other points of interest include Marlin Quay Marina and restaurants Sara J's Seafood Restaurant, Gulfstream Cafe, and Original Sam's Corner.
