Welcome to Atlantic Gateway! A luxurious, professionally decorated home that was custom-built by the current original owner. This three-story home with approximately 3,600 square feet is direct oceanfront - as close to the beach as you can get! With a private 9-foot x 17-foot pool on the second-level porch that offers the best beach and ocean views in Garden City, it makes it a breeze to relax with friends and family. Accommodations include two master suites with a king-sized bed in each and private over-sized bathrooms with Jacuzzi tubs to top off your luxurious experience; followed by an open living and dining area with a wet bar and free-standing ice maker. Atlantic Gateway presents an inverted house plan with a main living area, dining, and kitchen on the second level to allow guests to take in breathtaking ocean views. Well-equipped kitchen with all large and small appliances, dinnerware, cookware, glassware, and utensils to prepare and serve meals. Second sitting and living area on the first floor as well as your additional bedrooms. Exterior amenities include an outside, enclosed shower with hot and cold water, your very own private walkway to the beach, and ample parking for four vehicles. Including resort-quality plush towels, hand towels, face cloths, bath mats, and high thread-count sheets of superior quality for each bed in your vacation home (including sofa beds). In each bath, you’ll find complimentary elegant soaps. Waiting for you in your kitchen are kitchen towels, along with some complimentary items, including dish soap, and a kitchen sponge. Best of all, the beds will be made prior to your arrival, and towels pre-hung in the bathrooms!
