It is absolutely practical as you can cook on the ceramic hob or eat with the family while watching something interesting on the satellite TV. The sofa and an air-conditioning unit, above a beautiful decorative stone fireplace, are good allies for a well-deserved rest after a busy day. The separate laundry room has a washing machine, ironing board and iron.
