'Very clean and friendly'

'We have stayed at this HI Express several times and so appreciate the great staff and the cleanliness of the hotel. We were a bit disappointed on our most recent stay, our last night our bed was not made, towels were just left on the sink counter. We can't say enough about the breakfast service and the staff who makes it possible, and about the front desk weekend staff. They are amazing, and we are so grateful that you are there so that we can travel safely and comfortably. We will be back!'

'This is a Jem of a hotel. The area around the building is great for walking. The bar is friendly just like the rest of the staff. Add to that there are many great restaurants in the area and you have a winner in my book. Oh yea, and a great breakfast.'

'we loved this property so much that we booked an additional stay! Location is ideal- right off I-75 and you can easily walk to a nearby Greek, Burger, or Seafood restaurant. We loved the clean rooms, hot shower, outdoor pool, and friendly staff. Special thanks to Marie in Breakfast service and Sandy at the Front desk- BOTH ladies very helpful and kind to us. Will definitely stay here again on our way back to Sanibel!'

'Overall my stay at this hotel was very good, the property was clean and well maintained, the staff was helpful, and the amenities were good too. The location is right off of I-75 making it convenient but not too close to the beach, it's about a 20 minute drive. The room was very quiet and spacious, the only downside is that the bed was not as firm as I would have liked, so it would sink in the middle. The breakfast was very good, there were a lot of different options such as: eggs, waffles,...

'Once of the best hotels during our trip. Good location, perfect staff, free hot beverages and nice rooms. However the most expensive hotel we've booked and there were all similar in style. Excelent staff in the front desk. '

'We booked the biggest room they had a king suite with sitting room with couch about 725 sqft , room was very nice but ac unit in bedroom wasn't working , went to office guy came to room said put ac on high in sitting room it will cool, after z hour it was hot as hell in room , went to office they said thats the only room like that they had , well youll have to give me another room, they gave me a regular room with 2 beds way smaller and he wouldn't reduce rent for smaller room said we have...

'Pool had a sign from Florida sanitary department about closure. We have no idea why, and therefore didn't use the pool.'
