'This was our 6th time staying at Hyatt House. The hotel is in a great downtown location & being directly across from Gainbridge Fieldhouse so perfect for Pacers games, concerts etc. The rooms are always spotless & the beds are comfy. The breakfast bar is AMAZING! Tons of great options & always hot & fresh! This last visit was disappointing with a couple of staff members at check in. 'Unfortunately, this was not a good stay as a long time Hilton Honors member. Our first room had inoperable lights, TV, and hotel phone. We were then moved into a new room where the hotel phone was still inoperable and the AC unit sound was unbearable to sleep through. '
