Enjoy your Gronau stay in the modern ambience of our house at the “Dr. Selbert-Straße 1 “with sophisticated equipment. These are bright and spacious and decorated with modern furniture in friendly colors. All apartments are barrier-free and each floor can be easily reached by elevator.
The kitchen is equipped with a stove (2 ceramic hobs), oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots and pans. The modern bathrooms have a shower, toilet and hairdryer and plenty of storage space.
Extras: in the 2-room apartments there is an additional wall-mounted TV in the bedrooms.
Enjoy the sun on the balcony belonging to each apartment or Terrace or roof terrace. You can park your car free of charge directly at the house during your stay. Free WiFi is available in all apartments in the "City-Apparte". Washer and dryer for a fee (coin operated devices) in the utility room in the basement. No pets allowed!
