'We were put into a handicap room, which is not what we asked for. It was just blah. No furniture in the room was huge. It was like an apartment, but there was nothing in it except the bed.
There was construction right underneath us, which made it very uncomfortable in the morning to try to sleep in'

'Negatives: Parking was very difficult to find. Shower did not drain, we had to get wet, let it drain over and over. Feet were VERY dirty after walking on the floors. Overall felt liked they maintained minimal cleaning standards. As the hotel is below apartments, it is VERY NOISY. Windows are not soundproofed.
Positives: Pedro at the bar was wonderful and makes amazing mojitos! Restaurant food was Spectacular!!! Breakfast had lots of options! Room size was very nice and spacious. Overall...
