Prima hotel, netjes, schoon. Matras was nogal hard maar mogelijk wennen. Ontbijt wel ok maar er was steeds maar 1 soort kaas als beleg: Emmenthaler, terwijl er wel veel vleesbeleg was. Ook broodkeuze was beperkt en broodrooster voor toast ontbrak.

This is a great place to stay to explore Munich. It is a reasonable walk to many museums and has great transportation options close by. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was solid and enjoyable. I will stay here again if I ever find myself in Munich again.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. I only gave it a 3 star because it isn't a top or luxury hotel. However, it is an excellent hotel for cleanliness, safety and convenience. It is right across the street from the central train station. It's not too far a walk from the old town. If it's about cleanliness and convenience, then this hotel is perfect.

We understand that a bad internet connection is annoying if you have to work on your trip ad we are very sorry that it was instable during your stay in our hotel. Please accept our apologies for this lack. We do not know wether you contacted our team to inform them and to let them check the WIFI connection and to improve the situation. Of course, we are always there to support our guests. We regret very much that you left our hotel with a negative impression and hope that we will have a chance to welcome you again and to convince you of our services then.

Area was a little iffy - a lot of young men hanging around in street and nearby park. But inside the hotel it was fine. Good restaurant and bar food. Decent room. Helpful staff. Convenient for public transport. Food shops in nearby underground metro stops.

鉄道駅の目の前に加えて、トラム乗り場や空港アクセスバス乗り場にも近く、どこに行くにもとても便利だった。また、隣の建物にドラッグストアがあり、少し歩けばスーパーも充実しており、必要物品の調達がすぐにできたのもとても良かった。あと、受付の男性スタッフがとても感じが良く、また泊まりたいと思えるホテルだった。

My second time in Munich and my second time at this hotel. I will stay here every time I visit Munich. It is conveniently located right across the street from the train station and walkable to everything you want to see. The hotel is clean and it has the best breakfast service and food. This property was exceptionally clean and its location in proximity to travel, dining, and shopping was excellent. One thing our group noticed was that the showers were not able to keep a consistent temperature for the 6 nights we stayed there - otherwise a great experience all around.

I had urgently walked in with a need to get information to book! I had toleave hotel Italia because I did not like! My stay with Eden WOLFF HOTEL was fantastic! Staff extra courteous and special mention to Marian B , Hannah , Anna and another clerk on Sunday with white hair and others who I did not mention! Clerk who checked me in on Saturday 30 th of March at 8 am told me that I can go to the room early to check in so convenient! CAFE had good breakfast and had hard working worker I think Carlos and the housekeeper was very helpful too! Hotel had a glass elevator ! Staircase very impressive with many paintings and the lobby had a painted ceiling! Central station right across street and easy access for my Radius tours 3 minutes walk to go do my Salzburg Austria day tour! City sightseeing red bus was close few minutes walk! My airport bus stopped in the same street as this hotel! I was so enlightened I chose this hotel! My room was clean , windows can open ! I had a safe stay here! Room was quiet and door closes softly! The comforter was warm on my chilly night! Towels were good and the accessories like lotions and shampoo were pleasant aromas! very Overall real convenient stay! The hotel front desk clerks were very diligent! Lovely staff! I have to tell my friends and family in case they visit Munich choose this EDEN WOLFF HOTEL!

We are very sorry that you have not been satisfied with our services and that the hotel/the accomodation did not meet your expectations although we provided you a free up-grade. The unexpected fee that you mentioned refers to the charge for the breakfast, we suppose. As you did not have booked this service there was a surcharge. Our reception staff re-checked your booking and informed you that breakfast was not incuded in the booking we received. We regret this very much, but actually it was not our fault as the reservation files show. We are very sorry that you left our hotel with a negative impression and hope that there will be an opportunity to convince you of our services.

Room was spacious, updated and clean. It's conveniently located right outside the train station, but good windows meant the room was quiet. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The big fault was with the shower water temperature fluctuating from great to scalding hot (i had a red burn on my chest), also there is no door on the shower so water is easily sprayed onto the floor, and the pathetic hair dryer that overheated too easily. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

It’s a good hotel. The location is absolutely superb for immediate access to Munich Hbf (main station), S Bahn and U Bahn. There are also trams passing the hotel and a taxi rank adjacent on Pfefferstraße. It’s simple to get from and to the airport. It’s a pleasant walk into the Old Town or you can jump on the S-Bahn and save your legs the 20 minutes walk. The rooms are fine. Possibly a little dated but ours was spacious and cleaned properly every day. Munich is a safe and conservative city and the hotel, despite being opposite the station, is in a safe and pleasant area. I’ll definitely stay at the Eden Hotel Wolff the next time I visit Munich.

I like to stay next to the main train station when I travel abroad because it’s convenient and you don’t have to haul your bags or take a taxi to get to your hotel. But train station hotels can have the problem of noise, bad environment and iffy quality. Not the Eden Hotel Wolff. It’s quiet, nice staff and rooms, and a really nice breakfast restaurant and buffet. You are near all the big sights, and all the city’s transport options are right there. What could be better?
