Other things to note
Casuarina Grande is a newly developed property, and the final exterior garden finishing is still underway. The condo itself is fully completed, beautifully furnished, and ready for a comfortable stay.

The grounds are not yet on a regular landscaping schedule, and their appearance may vary during your stay.

Please also note that final-stage construction is taking place on a neighboring building. This work is limited and generally low-impact, but occasional daytime noise may occur.
