'What a wonderful property outside of Inverness. The building sits directly on the Beauly Firth with excellent views to to the north. Breakfast is included and was very good. Dinner was an option but was well worth it. They have a premium chef and engaged staff. I recommend dinner on site rather than Inverness. Our room was nice, with a traditional feel that was a natural fit for this property. A morning walk of the grounds and having tea sitting on a bench overlooking the firth capped a perfect...

The interior of the unit was very clean and safe and easy to get too. We appreciated the in unit washer/dryer to catch up on our laundry while on our trip. The check in process with the owners was simple and straight forward. Highly recommend. '

'Kamer was netjes, ontvangst erg overdreven gedoe. Erg oubollig allemaal. Kamer was naar doorgaande zeer rumoerige weg gelegen. Bijna niet geslapen. Ontbijt was lekker maar ook hier weer erg overdreven gedoe. We hebben €245 betaald voor 1 nacht en dat was 150 te veel.'

'Rooms were well appointed and surprisingly comfortable. Lobby area looks small and rather on the 3* side. No parking at the hotel possible and street rules were very confusing. Front desk weren't very helpfull in understanding the rules. Would come back if its cheap and my go to hotel in INV is full. '
