'Vriendelijk personeel en mooipand'

'Hotel.com did not inform us that we should check in at another hotel. Otherwise the room was modern and nice. Perfect with balcony. Good parking in a garage.'

'2 nachten verbleven. Aantrekkelijk tarief per nacht. Zeer lekker eten.

'Check in at 16:00 and without flexibility for earlier check in.'

'Owner was arrogant . We arrived at 2:45pm and check in was at 4pm . Instead of saying sorry I would love to accommodate you , he smirked and said well your early and check in is at 4pm. Our booking agency’s site indicated a heated pool , when we got there there was no pool. We asked if we could check out earlier because of that error and it was a NO. Called our booking company and said it’s up to the owner to refund and it was a NO. As well this is a B&B at 100€ per night. No breakfast included...

A refaire ! '
