'The staff were great at communicating with us and easing our concerns about travelling with a 15 year old and a 10 year old. They had heaters and extra blankets, hot water bottles, a kettle, fridge and hair dryer. They had heaters views were spectacular and it wasn’t too scary getting to our capsule. The dinner was excellent and every staff member was outstanding.'

'Gustavo was extremely helpful throughout the stay and was responsive when asking for anything we had questions about such as food, feeding the alpacas, lighting the fireplace for us and even arranged an early morning taxi for us to the ollantaytambo train station The food was good as well but the star of the show was how peaceful, clean and beautiful everything was. Normally i dont write reviews but this location blew me out of the water'

'Super friendly staff and clean room. One of kind experience at Ollantaytambo. The sky was so beautiful at night and you can actually the sky full of stars. The hotel is also fun to explore with a small farm, and other activities. Highly recommend this place if you plan to visit Peru.'

'Lilium Valley in Ollantaytambo was perfect for us. Communication with the hosts was excellent during booking and they answered all of our queries. A bonus was off-road parking for our rental car. The hosts were welcoming and ensured we had everything we needed. They offered us an early breakfast due to our early start onto the Inca Trail. The accommodation is only a short walk to the main square but was very quiet. We would definitely recommend Lilium Valley.'

'Beautiful boutique hotel with only 16 rooms that are spacious, elegant, quiet, safe and convenient. The staff is amazing and helped mewith anything and everything I needed including fixing my glasses I sat on and shopping for special foods I like. I felt deeply cared for. I now consider this my home in the Sacred Valley and hope to return someday. This is for sure THE only place to stay in my opinion.'

'Perfect place to relax prior to visiting Machu Picchu or any excursion. Everything we needed was provided. They even arranged car service from Cusco. The location is prefect! I really loved hearing the river outside our room. Shops, restaurants and the train station is within walking distance. I highly recommend staying here. 5 stars!!!'

'This place is an absolute gem. The room was huge for a solo traveler. The bed was unbelievably comfortable and breakfast every morning was simple but plentiful. Ingrid is an incredible host who was so helpful. Staying a bit off of the main square was great—a short (5 minute) walk to the plaza but far enough away from all the crowds. Cannot say enough about this place and can’t wait to return.'
