'Checked in after a last minute family event. The property was clean, the rooms were spacious & it’s close to food, so that is a plus. If I had one complaint, it would be the parking situation. There doesn’t seem to be enough spots. I’d absolutely stay here again, but if you don’t get there early, who knows where you’d have to park.'

'Unfortunately there were amenities that weren't in use due to water issues in Kannapolis, so can't really rate those. I didn't like that when checking in no one asked for identification. That did make me a little uncomfortable as other hotels have always asked for my license to verify that I'm who I say I am. Other than that everything else was ok.'

'Exceptionally clean! All public areas and rooms were spotless. Kudos to the housekeeping staff! ALL staff were very helpful, gladly providing anything we asked for and offering great restaurant suggestion in nearby Dallas NC that could easily accommodate our 6 adults and 2 high chair babies. The staff here must be well trained and well managed: they were all very friendly and seemed to genuinely like their jobs. THAT really makes for a good customer experience!'
