'Everything was great. '

'The location is great, convenient to Walmart and many restaurants. The hotel is clean, and both stays have been peaceful and quiet. This is the best hotel I’ve stayed at personally in the Augusta area. Will definitely be back! '

'Check in was great. Reception was great. Room was very dated, carpet needs changing (very bad). Shower was good, plenty of hot water. Lot of contractors staying at the hotel but was very quiet at night. Hotel allowed me to park my motorcycle under the overhang in front of the lobby. Very appreciative for that.'

'The room smelled disgusting. There was visible dog food in the air conditioning unit. There was no trash can in the room. There was literally only one towel that my husband and I had to share. The drawers all had dirt and dust in them. A fire alarm also went off at 4:00AM forcing everyone outside for several hours. Overall worst hotel experience ever. '

'Although the rooms have been "updated" with new linens and furnishings, they were done very hastily. Nothing in the room could plug in (fridge, microwave, clock) due to furniture. Room was not very clean. Smoke alarm did not have a battery so it beeped. Faucet in bathtub dripped constantly. However, staff was very friendly.'

'Room was nice and clean. The bed sheets was somewhat clean some small stains I guess that won’t come out. The knob to turn on the water in the shower was broke. But other than that my stay was pretty good.'

'Arrived and the pool had been cemented in despite saying it was available on Expedia. Room reeked so badly of bleach we had to keep the door propped open for hours and it STILL burned our eyes and nose. The lighting was so terrible that even with all of the lights turned on, you couldn’t see anything once it was dark. The fridge didn’t work because it wasn’t placed close enough to an outlet to plug in. No coffee maker or microwave. Toilet paper on the bathroom floor. Mismatched hard plastic...

'The room was clean and I like that there were a lot of places to go. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Just wish the breakfast had more varieties to choose from. '

'Reserved a handicap accessible room. No walk in shower, no hand held shower head. No seat in shower/tub. Had to close door to get to toilet. Room still had trash in cans. Told this was their only accessible room. Was traveling with wheelchair bound person. '

'The receptionist and waitress were both friendly and attentive. My low rating for the hotel is due to the condition and cleanliness of the room. There was hair in multiple places in the shower, the bathroom tiles did not appear clean, and the carpet had crumbs. The hotel’s condition even if it had been clean was very old and mediocre at best - not worth the price they were charging at nearly $200 a night. Add in the dirty room and it was certainly not worth the money. There are many hotels...
