'Warm comfy place to stay. Excellent breakfast. Very clean property.'

'The close location to town was a big plus.'

'I seriously don’t understand the fantastic reviews on the place, why I booked in the first place. On the outside and pictures it looks really great like a converted barn, but you’re put in a dump. Nobody answers your messages/ texts and calls. The inkeeper is to busy to properly welcome you. The ceilings are so low it feels like a basement with very small windows. You cannot close the door without (seriously) kicking it hard, you cannot put on the shower without the WHOLE bathroom being wet, and...

'They cook up a hearty breakfast with many choices. The restaurant and pub are great.'

'Interesting lodge. The room was basic, but fully functional. Check in was self serve, but the inn keeper kept in touch very well via text.'

'Love the hosts. Great amenities. Excellent breakfast. Such a charming place and great location.'

'There was no heat in one of the bedrooms and bathroom. The desk clerk bought us an electric heater but it only heated one room. If the registers worked, the desk clerk didn't know how to tell us to get them to work.'

'Really great place to stay everything was quiet and peaceful and the staff were friendly and helpful!!'

'This place is wonderful. Made to order breakfast was delicious.'

'Quaint and spacious room. Staff very helpful!'

'Nice hotel with good breakfast, nice and clean pool and friendly staff.'

'4.9 out of five. The only thing missing was a night light in the bathroom.'

'Very helpful staff. Great breakfast at restaurant. Inn is older but very clean. Bathroom had been updated. Very nice stay.'

'Check-in was a breeze by email or text. So clean you could eat off the floor. BUT. Time for new mattresses.'

'No hairdryer. 2 small pillows for 2 adults. No hot water for the shower until I complained. 1 coffee pack for 2 adults. Wall HVAC unit only blew cold air and could not be adjusted. No hand towels in hotel. No hairdryer. A reasonable price but a guest should expect the basics. Clearly a badly managed hotel!'
