'Nice staff: Alex was very friendly and enthousiast. Nice pool table. Big room. Nice terrace. Nice walkway through the wood to town. The building was very outdated. Dark furniture. The bathroom needs a renovation. Shower without a wall around it and drain doesn’t pass the water quickly so the whole bathroom was full with water (almost 1 cm high) which was very uncomfortable. Breakfast was not nice. Clinical atmosphere and nothing special. The second day we went for breakfast to another place.'

'Ook al is er geen ontbijt inbegrepen, je kan in de goed uitgeruste keuken er zelf één maken. Wel best je inkopen doen voor je naar Mt. Cook village gaat (Tekapo of Twizel). En niets houdt je tegen om je eten ook ‘s middags of ‘s avonds daar te maken. Koffie/Thee en melk zijn gratis maar is instant (nog te doen)'

'Eddy from Front desk, was extremely professional and friendly. Our housekeeper on first 3 days was professional and friendly (sorry didn’t get her name) This was our third stay at the resort. Next time, want to try the Cook Suite. Like to see a bathtub in plus suites. I would pay more. The shower (water) pressure in room was low. (useless) Not water saving if it takes you 10-15 mins for a shower - if you want us to take 2-5 mins. Thank you for a wonderful stay.'
