Vind je ideale hotel in Mount Carmel

'Very clean, staff was very friendly, rooms were clean, however, the bed felt like I was laying on concrete'

'The lobby was nice. Great fresh coffee available around the clock. Our room had dead bugs around the walls. Main door to the room wouldn't open easily, drug on the floor. Bathroom door wouldn't close completely. Had to request a new remote for the TV. Needs some updating.'

'When I checked in the room I was given had not been cleaned yet. Dirty towels/bedding had not been changed ect. I went to the front desk and they gave me a new room and the toilet was usable but the bolt was broken and so it rocked when you used it. The curtain on the shower kept sliding open, They should have refunded me my full nights stay.'

'Convenient location near inexpensive gas stations. The accommodations were very reasonably priced. The shower was to die for, the best spray head ever, and the soap & shampoo dispensers were full, filled with the kind of liquids I normally used. Hospitable staff, a clean room, and, considering it was adjacent to a truck stop, surprisingly quiet. It includes an indoor pool and breakfast, which I didn't use.'

'Adequate for the price, but only average.'

'Our room had the most comfortable bed I have slept on in a long time. The room was clean and had everything needed. The only drawback to this hotel is that it is ageing, so the elevator rattles, the hallways are dark, and the room key cards are unreliable (the desk clerk warned us to keep them away from phones and other electronics, but even though we did, one stopped working). That said, the hotel is in a perfect and beautiful location, and we would stay there again.'

'Nice stay good people clean room'

'The hotel and front desk were fine! The problem I had was at 6:00 am the house keepers came through and continuously banged things around until our checkout time at noon. So much for getting some extra sleep before the late checkout.'

'Friendly staff clean room nice location'

'The staff was fine the room wasn't it smelled musty and moldy. The breakfast was not what it should have been that the picture showed it was definitely a downgrade will never be there again'

'It’s a good motel to stay over night when making long trips. Some splatter on the ceiling and not sure what it was but I can only assume. I also killed two roaches, both in the bathroom. Breakfast provided which is hard to find currently. Loved the waffle station. Cereal was stale according to my wife but it got the job done.'

'The room was clean and easy to get to. The breakfast could have been better'
