'The staff went above and beyond. They all are true gems. Especially Jacqueline. She’s just amazing helping us with our air con, fan and getting the TV to work. Kind, thoughtful and lovely. Every morning your staff treated us with such grace and happiness. We spent time talking to ilish too who was so lovely. Our meals there were exceptional.
