Winnipesaukee Lakeside Retreat with Private Beach Dock and Beautiful Views

Nestled in a peaceful grove of birch, oak, and pine trees, this spacious retreat is the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway on Lake Winnipesaukee. Whether you're gathering with family or friends, you’ll love the private sandy beach, the charming gazebo, and the boat dock with beautiful lake views. With enough room for seven guests, there's plenty of space to spread out and unwind by the water.

The main living area is designed to make the most of the stunning lake views. It has a high vaulted ceiling, natural wood walls, a stone accent wall, big windows that let in lots of light, and sliding glass doors that open up to a large deck overlooking the lake. The dining area has seating for six, with an additional two spots at the kitchen bar. The kitchen is set up for easy meal prep, whether it’s making your morning coffee or flipping fresh blueberry pancakes. The large deck is perfect for outdoor meals, with a dining table, plenty of seating, and a gas grill for cooking up your catch of the day.

Downstairs, there's a fun hangout space with a foosball table, ping pong, dartboard, a flat-screen TV, and a small wet bar with a mini-fridge. There's also a dining table for games and puzzles, and a sliding door that leads out to the backyard and the lakeshore.

This home comfortably sleeps 7 people across three bedrooms and one flexible sleeping area. The three bedrooms have air conditioning for warmer nights.

This room has a queen-sized bed and soft wall-to-wall carpeting.

Second Bedroom - Main Floor
This bedroom is great for kids or a group with two bunk beds, each with twin-sized mattresses.

Primary Suite - Second Floor
The second-floor suite is spacious and features a king-sized bed, vaulted ceilings with exposed wood beams, a cozy seating area, and a private bathroom. Skylights and large windows offer amazing lake views.

Seating Area and Sleep Space - Second Floor
This cozy nook under the eaves has a pull-out sofa bed and a flat-screen TV, making it perfect for extra guests or a quiet retreat.
