Pet friendly home in Motovun

The vacation home is located below the town walls of Motovun, on the hill above the beautiful Mirna river valley. It overlooks the old Motovun oak forest, which is rich in truffles and mushrooms of exquisite taste.

The interior is spacious for a total of 15 people, and has been beautifully furnished and equipped with attention to detail.

On the ground floor there is 1 double bedroom (max 2 people) with en-suite bathroom (and direct access to the pool), a fully equipped kitchen, with a large dining area which flows into the living room which is furnished for your comfort and relaxation. You will also find an entertainment room with a billiard table and a sofa bed for 2 people.

On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms, two of which are en-suite bedrooms with a double bed, an additional bedroom with a double bed (for max. 2 persons) and an additional bathroom.

The apartment - family room - also on the second floor, contains its own smaller functional kitchen and dining area, the master bedroom with its own bathroom and open fireplace, which provides a particularly warm atmosphere. Steps lead to the open gallery, where there are two single beds (each 140cm wide, for max. 4 persons).

The apartment also has direct access to a large terrace with a partially covered fireplace. Here you can relax while enjoying the magnificent view of the valley surrounding Motovun.

The surroundings of the house with olive trees and a small vineyard provide complete privacy at the pool with stone terrace. A covered terrace with barbecue is perfect for al fresco dining by the pool while enjoying the sunsets over the valley.

The scents and aromas of Motovun combine to create a unique atmosphere, which also characterizes the Dolce Vita vacation home. This romantic vacation home can be rented all year round.



Cooking and cleaning services are available for a fee.Motovun is a medieval town with a golf course, natural springs and spa, horseback riding and an international film festival. Great restaurants, taverns, wine cellars and cafés can be found in the vicinity of the vacation home. The Adriatic coast with its beaches and tourist resorts of Porec, Rovinj and Novigrad is 20 minutes away. Pula and the Brijuni Islands National Park are 45 minutes away. You can even reach Porec via the mountain bike trail that runs directly below the property. From Porec you can take the ferry to Venice. Just a 30-minute drive away is Trieste with fantastic shopping opportunities on the other side of the border. The house is the perfect place in Motovun for large groups. The tasteful design, the garden and the breathtaking view over the Mirna valley make the property so unique. Undoubtedly one of the best locations in the Motovun area. All services are within walking distance.



Golf: A 6-hole golf course with practice facilities is 10 minutes away by car. 18-hole courses are located in the wider area.
