'What a lucky find. Situated in a beautiful area of the Welsh countryside.
Stayed overnight weather was awful but the property was cosy and kept to a very high standard. Breakfast was freshly made & very tasty.
A big thank you to the hosts Heather & Neil who made us feel welcome. Will definitely be returning.

Kitchen is on lowest floor. Entry and dining and parlor are on street level, and there is no bathroom on that floor. So it’s a trek from kitchen to loo. The top floor...

'Cooks Flat is a great find in Wrexham! Tranquil, peaceful and beautiful walks on the property. What a treat to stay on a private estate and visit the Victorian kitchen and games room.
