The location is quite central
Friendly staff and one of them spoke good English so it was easy to communicate. My friend left his bag in an airport shuttle bus and they helped us retrieve and we did appreciate their help.

Friendly staff, very nice hostel
Very good experience. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and have the necessary needs for a hostel. Highly recommend

J'ai passé un bon séjour à Roof hostel L'emplacement est exceptionnel Il se trouve au cœur de Moscou Toilette propre Chambre spacieuse comparant à d'autres hostels Lit comfortable Cuisine très bien équipée Ambiance agréable Inconvénients : Bruit dans la nuit provenant des disco-bar Vous devez laisser un quotient de 500 roubles si vous voulez utiliser l'acenceur

Good location but that’s about it
Easy walking location too popular sites and metro, no curtains on windows, (sunrise was 03:45am). Very difficult to contact prior to stay. (Multiple unanswered emails). Had to communicate with staff - limited to no English. I’d look elsewhere next time

Très bien placé, mais Auberge de jeunesse
Bien placé à deux pas de la Place rouge, dans un quartier top au niveau restos et bars. Il s'agit d'appartements collectifs typiques en Russie qui s'adressent aux touristes. ATTENTION : Il s'agit plus d'une auberge de jeunesse que d'un hôtel, avec aussi des dortoirs. Effet coupe du monde ou pas, nous avons eu droit aux retours de soirées arrosées en pleine nuit de nombreux jeunes profitant du salon et de la cuisine en commun... Le niveau des prestations est médiocre : Ménage, Décoration vieillotte ++, ...
