It's location within 200m of the underground carpark makes it really easy to access and leave on arrival and departure day. Enjoy Portes du Soleil ski area directly and easily from/to the apartment.

Very rare in Avoriaz, enjoy your own entrance like a chalet :
- Entrance hall with bench and space to store your ski equipment, electrical shoe dryer.
- If you take the stairs down to the basement you'll find a Sauna and a shower
- 2 rooms on the left are accessible from the first one : 2 bunk beds on the first space and also 2 bunks on the second area. Each space can be separated with a sliding door.

Falaise neighborhood is very close to the underground carparks. Very convenient when you arrive in Avoriaz. You can easily access slopes from the apartment ! Shops, restaurants and supermarket at the bottom of the residence.

Avoriaz is a pedestrian resort only. Once parked in the garage you can walk directly to the apartement.
